Press release – ProCESS Kick Off Meeting

Processing Complexity with Emotional, Sensorial and Spiritual capacities project [ProCESS] is an Erasmus + Knowledge Alliances project of 36 months that started on 1 January 2021 and will end on 31 December 2023. The project aims to develop new ways of training student managers and current managers on how to address complex management cases, with the main lever being the development of “SES (Sensorial / Emotional / Spiritual) Skills”, on an equal basis with “hard skills” and “soft skills”.

The Kick-off meeting of ProCESS Project took place on 2 and 3 February 2021. During the 1st day representatives from all project partners and Erasmus + Agency presented their organizations and pointed out their role in the project. Six work package (WP) leaders also presented the content, objectives, activities and tasks that are planned for the next 6 months.

The second day of the Kick-off meeting started with the first meeting of the company and academic coaches. The meeting continued with presentations on administrative, financial and dissemination activities. The day closed with the first Steering Committee meeting where all project managers analyzed the results of the kick-off meeting and discussed ProCESS next steps. All participants agreed that this two-day meeting was a success and offered precious information that will allow all project partners to implement the scheduled activities for the upcoming months.

The consortium consists of 9 partners (4 universities and 5 companies) from four European countries. The leading HEI of the project is Lyon Catholic University (France), the other partner HEIs are: JAMK University of Applied Sciences (Finland), RISEBA University of Business, Arts and Technology (Latvia) and Technical University of Cluj-Napoca (Romania). The company partners are: PERFORMANSE (France), SANOFI (France), De KLAUSEN (Romania), MEDIATALO KESKISUOMALAINEN (Finland) and LATVIJAS PASTS (Latvia).
