The second ProCESS project’s Winter School is held from Jan 23 to Jan 26, 2023, at RISEBA University of Applied Sciences, Riga, Latvia.
The Winter School is attended by all 16 student teams, Academic Coaches, and Company Coaches of four business challenges and Project Managers of universities and companies from all four project partner countries, a total of about 90 participants.
At the Winter School, student teams present the action plans they have prepared during the second round of ProCESS project. The presentations are evaluated by Company and Academic Coaches.
On Thursday 26th the multiplier event take place with the participation of associate project partners – representatives from companies. The event is dedicated to presentations related to the need for SESS skills in organisations in the era of complexity, ProCESS methodology for solving complex management problems using mobilisation of SESS skills, and panel discussions with the participation of representatives from companies dedicated to the application of SES skill in organisations.
