The “soft skills” have become important in the recruitment of new employees. Autonomy and adaptability are top the list, but also other like confidence, emotional intelligence, empathy, communication, time management, stress management and creativity are skills that the employers are looking for.
Vincent Goubier initiated the ProCESS project led by the Catholic University of Lyon, which aims to reposition soft skills (relational skills) on an equal basis to hard skills (technical skills) to train management students differently.
